BETWEEN THEM, THE TEAM BEHIND THE JUST SING! SHOW HAVE OVER FOUR DECADES OF EXPERIENCE IN STAGE EVENTS, PERFORMANCE AND KIDS ENTERTAINMENT.
MICHELLE CONNOLLY
Over two decades ago now (wow, time flies!) Michelle started out as a kids dance teacher and soon after set up PartyKidz Productions, a kids entertainment and events agency. www.partykidzproductions.ie
During that time she also worked in the corporate entertainment industry providing acts as varied as themed cabarets, bands and choreographed dance acts.
She is also almost 20years working in television as Producer and Production Manager on a large variety of RTÉ, Virgin Media/TV3 and TG4 shows….and is the Presenter and Producer on “The Kids Are All Right!” podcast on RTÉjr Radio! She is passionate about working with kids and really cares about giving every child a chance to shine, no matter what their experience or ability.
JUST SING! encapsulates all these core principals and Michelle and her team work extremely hard to ensure every child has an amazing experience from the rehearsals all the way through to the stage event.
Her experience will ensure a professionally run show, where every child has an empowering experience, creating very special memories to last for years to come!
DOUG MURRAY AKA ELECTRIC EDDIE
With almost 30 years in the radio business, Electric Eddie needs no introduction – known to millions in the 90’s as 2FM’s ‘Eye in the Sky’, he hosted RTE TWO’s hugely popular Beat Box music show and toured the country for over 10 years as front of house M.C on the hugely successful Beat on the Street Roadshow!
More recently he has presented shows on Q102, Christmas FM and Radio Nova – as well as hosting and compering at hundreds of corporate events across the country.
His experience will ensure your JUST SING! event is professional with plenty of fun and frolics for the kids…. as well as the older kids in the audience!
THE JUST SING! PERFORMERS
The JUST SING! cast all have long and hugely varied backgrounds in a many different areas of performance…from all different forms of dance, to acting and singing and indeed also in musical theatre. But importantly for the JUST SING! show, they also have a long history of working with kids, so they are perfecting equipped to support and encourage the kids on stage during the show, ensuring they get to really enjoy this very special experience.
All have been dancing and performing since a very young age, training not only in theatre and dance schools and colleges in Ireland but further afield; including Bull Alley Theatre Training Company in the Liberties, British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM), The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts Leinster School of Music and Drama Griffith College, The Irish College of Musical Theatre D.I.T…and so on.
The JUST SING! crew also have a long track record working as kids dance and drama teachers, as well as taking key roles in the PartyKidz Productions entertainment team at all kinds of kids events and parties across the greater Leinster area.
